HVAC Control Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the right IP cluster trim plate.
2. Remove the fasteners (2) that secure the HVAC control module.
3. Pull the HVAC control module (1) rearward.
4. Disconnect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.
2. Install the HVAC control module (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the HVAC control module fasteners (2).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.8 N.m (16 lb in).

4. Install the right IP cluster trim plate.
5. Recalibrate the actuators. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators.
