Antenna Module Replacement

ANTENNA MODULE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left sail trim panel.




2. Disconnect the electrical connectors (2) from the module (3).
3. Disconnect the antenna coax cable (1) from the module (3).




4. Remove the bolt (1).
5. Disengage the tab on the module (2) from the slot in the sail panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Engage the module tab into the slot.
2. Rotate the tab down in order to align the hole for the bolt (1).
3. Install the bolt (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the ground antenna to 7.5 N.m (66 lb in).




4. Connect the electrical connectors (2) to the module (3).
5. Connect the antenna coax cable (1) to the module (3).
6. Install the left sail trim panel.
