Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet (LY7)

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Use J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp at the radiator.





3. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.
4. Use J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp at the engine.
5. Disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the engine.
6. Remove the radiator inlet hose.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the radiator inlet hose.





2. Connect the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
3. Using J 38185, reposition the hose clamp at the radiator to secure the hose.
4. Connect the radiator inlet hose to the engine.
5. Using J 38185, reposition the hose clamp at the engine to secure the hose.
6. Fill the cooling system.
