HVAC CONTROL MODULE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the right I/P accessory trim plate.
2. Pinch the tabs on the control module and pull rearward on the HVAC control module to remove from the I/P.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the HVAC control module and ensure that the tabs are fully seated to the I/P.

IMPORTANT: The ignition must be in the OFF position when installing the HVAC control module to ensure proper actuator calibration.

2. Install the right I/P accessory trim plate.
3. Start the engine and let run for one minute.

IMPORTANT: Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control module while the HVAC control module is self-calibrating. If interrupted improper HVAC performance will result.

The engine must be running for proper calibration to occur.
