Outside Rear View Mirror Motor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the mirror face (1).
2. Remove the screw from the mirror motor (2).
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the edge of the mirror motor.
Note the position of the plugs on the mirror motor when removing.
4. Remove the motor.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the motor to the mirror housing.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the edge of the mirror motor.

Notice: refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the screw to the mirror motor.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the mirror face to the mirror housing.
5. Inspect the mirror for proper operation.
