Transmission Control Lever Knob Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove transmission control lever boot (1) from front floor console, gently pulling boot frame on front side upwards.





2. Slide transmission control lever boot upwards.

3. Press 2 latches (arrows).

4. Slide blue transmission control lever retainer ring (1) upwards.

5. Pull trigger (2) upwards.

6. Remove transmission control lever knob.





7. Press pull latch (1) in direction of arrows.

8. Remove reverse gear block (2) from transmission control lever knob.

Installation Procedure





1. Install reverse gear block (2) to transmission control lever knob.

2. Let the hook (1) engage hearable (arrow).





3. Install transmission control lever knob.

4. Push trigger (2) upwards.

5. Press the transmission control lever knob during installation completely down.

6. Slide blue transmission control lever retainer ring (1) downwards.





7. Clip transmission control lever boot (1) into front floor console.
