Coolant Heater Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Standard) Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect electrical connection.





3. Remove the engine coolant heater bolt (2) and the engine coolant heater (1).

Installation Procedure





Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

1. Install the engine coolant heater (1) and the engine coolant heater bolt (2) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

2. Connect electrical connection.

3. Lower the vehicle.
