Headlamp Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Halogen) Headlamp Replacement (Halogen).





2. There are 5 replacement brackets (1) on each headlamp.





3. Bracket 1: Cut the bracket along the marked line (1) on the housing.





4. Bracket 2: Cut the bracket along the marked gluing channel (1).





5. Bracket 3: Cut the bracket along the marked line (1) on the housing.





6. Bracket 4: Cut the bracket along the marked line (1).





7. Bracket 5: Cut the bracket along the marked geometry (1) on the housing.

Installation Procedure





1. Bracket 5: Screw the bracket (1) on through the encircled hole (2).





2. Bracket 4: Screw the bracket (1) on through both encircled holes (2) (one screw from each side).





3. Bracket 3: Screw the bracket (1) on through the encircled holes (2).





4. Bracket 2: Screw the bracket (1) on through the encircled holes (2).





5. Bracket 1: Screw the bracket (1) on through the encircled holes (2).

6. Install the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Halogen) Headlamp Replacement (Halogen).
