Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect electrical connector from sensor pigtail.
2.
Remove two mounting screws, then the sensor from throttle body.
INSTALLATION
1.
Position sensor over throttle shaft on right side of throttle body.
2.
Snug tighten mounting screws and connect electrical connector.
3.
Check and, if necessary, adjust
TPS as outlined previously.
