Removal

1. Disconnect sensor electrical connector.
2. Remove sensor attaching screw and the sensor, Fig. 104.
3. Reverse procedure to install.



Installation

1. Lubricate, then install new O-ring over injector nozzle.
2. Position upper O-ring back-up washer and a new lubricated O-ring into housing bore.
3. Position injector into throttle body, then center nozzle into bottom housing bore and install injector. Align electrical terminals so that pin in bottom of injector fits into locating hole in bottom of injector cavity.
4. Install fuel meter cover as previously described, then start engine and check for leaks and proper injector operation.
5. Connect injector electrical connectors, then install air cleaner assembly.
