Installation

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Heater core.
2. Two heater core retaining screws.
3. Module assembly heater core cover (with programmer attached).
4. Two screws attaching Body Control Module (BCM) bracket to A/C module case, programmer air mix valve link and shield, and programmer wiring and vacuum harness connectors.
5. Glove box and sound insulators.
6. Heater core inlet and outlet coolant hoses.
7. Junction block cover nut and cover.
8. Add cooant and pressure test system. Check for leaks.
9. Adjust Air Mix Valve. Refer to Air Mix Valve / Adjustments. Adjustments
