Air Injection Control Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Air hoses to control valve.
2. Electrical connectors.
3. Control valve bracket bolts.
4. Control valve.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Control valve.
2. Control valve bracket bolts.
^ Mounting bolts to 10 Nm (88 in lbs).
3. Air hoses to valve.
4. Electrical connectors.
5. Check system operation - See Chart C-6, under "Computers and Control Systems / Diagnostic Charts".
