Installation

Component Locations:






INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Screws after positioning programmer.
- Tighten screws to 1.5 Nm (13 lbs. in.).
2. Electrical and vacuum connectors to programmer.
3. Electrical connector to temperature valve actuator.
- Tighten screws to 1.9 Nm (17 lbs. in.).
4. Electrical connectors to switches and light while positioning glove box module.
5. Screws retaining glove box module.
6. Push on nuts after positioning right sound insulator.
7. Screws retaining right sound insulator.
8. Nut (on accelerator stud.).
- Tighten nut to 9.5 Nm (84 lbs. in.).
