Installation

Heater Hoses:

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Heater core retaining screws and heater core.
2. Heater core cover with programmer attached.
3. Programmer vacuum and electrical connectors.
4. Air mix valve link.
5. Glove box module.
6. Right sound insulator.
7. Heater core inlet / outlet hoses.
8. Add coolant. Pressure test cooling system and check for leaks.
9. Adjust Air Mix Valve. Refer to Air Mix Valve / Adjustments. Adjustments
