EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

EGR And Hoses Routing:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Air cleaner assembly.
3. Electrical connector at solenoid.
4. Vacuum hoses.
5. Spark plug wires 2, 4, 6, 8 from distributor cap.
6. Attaching screw and solenoid.

INSTALL
1. Attaching screw and solenoid.
^ Torque to 18 Nm (13 ft lb).
2. Spark plug wires.
3. Vacuum hoses.
4. Electrical connector at solenoid.
5. Air cleaner assembly.
6. Negative battery cable.
