Wipers - Blade Chatter When Operating Wash/Wipe System

WIPER BLADE CHATTER WHEN OPERATING WASH/WIPE SYSTEM (REPLACE WIPER BLADES/ARMS)
MODELS:
1992-1994 CADILLAC ELDORADOS AND SEVILLE/STS 1994 CADILLAC DE VILLES/CONCOURS
Condition:
Some owners may experience a wiper blade chatter condition when operating the wash/wipe system.
Cause:
For 1994, beginning with VIN's 602140, 803245, and 200068, a wiper blade and arm system change from Anco to Trico has been implemented. The Trico system has shown a better water control and reduced chatter during operation.
Correction:
Replace the wiper blades and/or wiper arms and follow the replacement process identified in Section 8E of the 1993 E/K Service Information Manual and 1994 NPI.
GMSPO Trico blade P/N'S:
^ Arm - right hand = P/N 22144004
^ Arm - left hand = P/N 22144005
^ Blade RH/LH = P/N 22144001
NOTE:
Trico blades can be used on the existing Anco arms.
Parts are currently available from GMSPO.
