EGR Valve: Service and Repair
EGR Valve Replacement:
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT -
Electrical connectors at
solenoid.
-
2 bolts.
-
EGR valve from stand.
INSTALL OR CONNECT -
Cleaned or replacement
EGR valve using new gasket.
-
2 bolts and tighten to 24 N-m (18 lb. ft.).

Electrical connectors at
solenoid.
