EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EGR Piping:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Bolt at Water Pump Housing.
2. Raise vehicle.
3. Crossover Exhaust Pipe. Refer to Exhaust System / Exhaust Pipe / Service and Repair for procedure.
4. Nut at Crossover Exhaust Pipe.
5. EGR Valve Pipe.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. EGR Valve Pipe.
2. Nut at Crossover Exhaust Pipe and tighten to 60 Nm (44 lb ft).
3. Crossover Exhaust Pipe.
4. Lower vehicle.
5. Bolt at Water Pump Housing and tighten to 24 Nm (18 lb ft).
