REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Theft Deterrent Door Lock Switch Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Disable SIR system If equipped with SIR side impact system.
2. Remove the front door trim panel.
3. Remove the front door water deflector.
4. Remove the front door outside handle.
5. Remove the C-Clip.
6. Remove the cam lever.
7. Remove the spring from the lock barrel.
8. Remove the door control lock tamper switch retainer.
9. Remove the tamper switch.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Theft Deterrent Door Lock Switch Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the tamper switch.
2. Install the door control lock tamper switch retainer.
3. Install the spring from the lock barrel.
4. Install the cam lever.
5. Install the C-Clip.
6. Install the front door outside handle.
7. Install the front door water deflector.
8. Install front door trim panel.
9. Enable SIR system If equipped with SIR side impact system.
