Battery Cable Routing:




REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Positive battery cable.
3. Clips at bottom of battery tray.
4. Clips along cable to relay center and generator.
5. Cable from relay center.
6. Cable from generator.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Cable from generator.
Tighten
^ Tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb. ft.).
2. Cable from relay center.
3. Clips along cable to relay center and generator.
4. Clips at bottom of battery tray.
5. Positive battery cable.
Tighten
^ Positive battery cable to 15 N.m (11 lb. ft.).
6. Negative battery cable.
Tighten
^ Negative battery cable to 15 N.m (11 lb. ft.).
