Spark Plug Wire Harness Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the intake manifold cover.
2. Remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils.

IMPORTANT: Use care when removing the spark plug boots from the spark plugs. Twist the boot 1/2 turn before removing and the pull on the boot only. Do not pull on the wire as this may cause damage to the spark plug wire.

3. Remove the spark plug wire from the spark plug.
4. Remove the spark plug wires from the intake manifold channel.
5. Remove the complete spark plug wire assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the complete spark plug wire harness assembly on top of the engine.
2. Install the spark plug wire channel onto the front camshaft cover and intake manifold.
3. Install the spark plug wire onto the spark plugs.
4. Install the spark wires onto the ignition coils.
5. Install the intake manifold cover.
