Navigation Data Processor Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Navigation Data Processor Replacement: Removal Procedure:




1. Remove upper trunk trim.
2. Remove fasteners retaining navigation data processor to the bracket.
3. Gently slide the navigation data processor out of the mounting bracket until the electrical connectors can be removed.

4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
5. Remove the navigation data processor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Navigation Data Processor Replacement: Installation Procedure:




1. Install the navigation data processor far enough into the mounting bracket until the electrical connectors can be connected.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.
3. Install the navigation data processor completely into the mounting bracket.

4. Install the fasteners to the navigation data processor and bracket assembly.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

5. Install the upper trunk trim.
