Cylinder Block Visual Inspection Procedure
CYLINDER BLOCK VISUAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE 1.
Inspect all threaded holes for damage or excessive debris.
2.
Inspect the cylinder block for cracks in the cylinder walls, the coolant jackets and the
crankshaft bearing webs.
3.
If cracks are found, the cylinder block must be replaced.
