Body Control Module Replacement (Rear Integration Module RIM)
REMOVAL PROCEDUREBody Control Module Replacement (Rear Integration Module RIM): Removal Procedure:
1. Remove the rear compartment trim panel.
2. Remove the rear seat cushion.
3. Remove the rear seat back.
4. Remove the Rear Integration Module (RIM) connectors (3).
Body Control Module Replacement (Rear Integration Module RIM): Removal Procedure:
5. Remove nuts (2) retaining the electronics bay board (1) to the vehicle.
6. Remove the electronics bay board (1) from the vehicle.
Body Control Module Replacement (Rear Integration Module RIM): Removal Procedure:
7. Remove the RIM (2) from the electronics bay board (1).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Body Control Module Replacement (Rear Integration Module RIM): Installation Procedure:
1. Install the RIM (2) to the electronics bay board (1).
Body Control Module Replacement (Rear Integration Module RIM): Installation Procedure:
2. Install the electronics bay board (1) to the vehicle.
3. Install nuts (2) to retain the electronics bay board (1) to the vehicle.
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

4. Install the Rear Integration Module (RIM) connectors (3).
5. Install the rear seat back.
6. Install the rear seat cushion.
7. Install the rear compartment trim panel.
