Power Sunroof Express Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Power Sunroof Express Module Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Lower the rear of the headliner to gain access to the sunroof express module. Refer to Headliner Replacement (Headliner).
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors (3) from the sunroof motor (1).
3. Remove the fasteners (5) attaching the sunroof motor (1) to the sunroof module (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Power Sunroof Express Module Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Connect the electrical connectors to the sunroof express module.
2. Synchronize the motor. Refer to Track Synchronization.
3. Install the sunroof motor (1) to the sunroof module (2).
4. Install the fasteners attaching the sunroof motor to the sunroof module.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

5. Install the headliner.
