REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Power Sunroof Module Replacement: Removal Procedure:

1. Remove the sunroof glass panel

2. Remove the sunroof sunshade.

3. Remove the headliner.

4. Disconnect the sunroof-to-body wiring harness connector.

5. Remove the wiring harness from the retainer clips.

6. Remove the tie wraps (2) and disconnect the drain hoses (3) from the four corners of the sunroof module.

7. Loosen the two center bolts (1).
8. Remove the six sunroof module mounting bolts (2).

Power Sunroof Module Replacement: Removal Procedure:

9. With the aid of a helper to hold the sunroof module up, remove the two center bolts (1).
10. Remove the sunroof module from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Power Sunroof Module Replacement: Installation Procedure:

1. Install the sunroof module into the vehicle.

2. With the aid of a helper to hold the sunroof module up, install the two center bolts (1).
3. Install the six sunroof module mounting bolts (2).

Tighten
Tighten the sunroof module retainer bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
