Body Control Module Replacement (Heater and A/C Control/IPM)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Body Control Module Replacement (Heater and A/C Control/IPM) : Removal Procedure:




1. Remove the instrument panel center trim plate.
2. Remove the console trim plate.
3. Remove the control assembly.

Body Control Module Replacement (Heater and A/C Control/IPM) : Removal Procedure:




4. Remove the control assembly bracket fasteners.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the control assembly.

Body Control Module Replacement (Heater and A/C Control/IPM) : Removal Procedure:




6. Remove the control assembly retaining nuts.
7. Remove the control assembly from the bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Body Control Module Replacement (Heater and A/C Control/IPM) : Installation Procedure:




1. Install the control assembly to the bracket.
2. Install the control assembly retaining nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the radio retaining nuts to 10 N.m (88 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connector to the control assembly.
4. Install the control assembly bracket fasteners.

5. Install the control assembly to vehicle.
6. Install the console trim plate.
7. Install the instrument panel center trim plate.
