Front Door

WATER DEFLECTOR - FRONT DOOR

Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door: Removal Procedure:






REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to "Door Trim Panel".
2. Remove the door module.
3. Remove the nine retainers by depressing the center pins to release retainers.
4. Disengage the wiring harness grommet.
5. Pull the wiring harness through the hole in the water deflector.
6. Remove the water deflector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Reuse the nine retainers by pushing the center pin back through the retainer body.

1. Route the wiring harness through the hole in the water deflector.
2. Align the water deflector to the door assembly.
3. Install the retainers and lock them by pressing the center pin flush with the retainer body.
4. Seat the wiring harness grommet.
5. Install the door module.
6. Install the door trim panel.
