Navigation Display Module Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) center trim plate.
2. Remove the console trim plate.
3. Remove the heater/A/C control and navigation display module bracket fasteners.




4. Pull the heater/A/C control and navigation display bracket out far enough to disconnect the electrical connectors from the navigation display module.




5. Remove the navigation module retaining screws.
6. Remove the navigation module from the module bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Install the navigation module to the module bracket.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Caution and Notices.

2. Install the navigation module retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the navigation retaining screws to 10 N.m (88 lb in).




3. Connect the electrical connectors to the navigation module.
Install the heater/A/C control and navigation module to the IP




4. Install the heater/A/C control and navigation module bracket retainers.
5. Install the console trim plate
6. Install the instrument panel center trim plate.
