REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to SIR Handling Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disable the SIR. Refer to Disarming the Air Bags System in Air Bags.
2. Remove the defroster grill.
3. Remove the sensors from defroster grill by twisting a quarter turn.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the twilight sensor or solar sensor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connector to the twilight sensor or solar sensor
2. Install the sensors to the defroster grill by twisting a quarter turn.
3. Install the defroster grill.
4. Enable the SIR. Refer to Arming the Air Bags System in Air Bags.
