Power Door Lock Relay: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the hinge pillar trim finish panel (right side).
2. Remove the body control module.
3. Remove the BCM retaining bracket nuts.
4. Remove the door lock relay electrical connection.
5. Remove the door lock relay from the BCM retaining bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the door lock relay to the BCM retaining bracket.
2. Install the door lock relay electrical connection.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the BCM retaining bracket nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the BCM retaining bracket nuts until fully seated but not striped.

4. Install the body control module.
5. Install the hinge pillar trim finish panel (right side).
