Air Injection: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Disconnect the vacuum connections.
3. Remove the nut and AIR vacuum control solenoid from the AIR check valve bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the AIR vacuum control solenoid and retaining nut to the-AIR check valve bracket.

Tighten
Tighten the retaining nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

2. Reconnect the vacuum connections.
3. Reconnect the electrical connector.
