Catalyst Shield: Service and Repair
Removal Procedure 1.
Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2.
Drill through the center of the rivets in order to remove the
heat shield.
3.
Remove the
heat shield from the body.
Installation Procedure 1.
Position the
heat shield to the body, aligning the holes.
2.
Using a rivet gun, fasten the
heat shield to the body.
3.
Lower the vehicle.
