Trim Plate Replacement - Console




REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Block the wheels on the vehicle.
2. Put the shifter lever into Neutral (N).
3. Open the console door.
4. Lift upward on the rear edge of the console trim panel (1), and pull the trim panel rearward.
5. Remove the electrical connectors as necessary.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Guide the forward edge of the trim panel (1) into the lower Instrument Panel (IP) opening.
3. Align the trim panel retainers with the top of the console, and press down firmly in order to engage the console.
4. Close the console door.
5. Put the shifter into Park (P).
6. Remove the blocks from the wheels.
