Power Door Lock Relay: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the hinge pillar trim finish panel (right side).
2. Remove the body control module.
3. Remove the body control module retaining bracket nuts.
4. Remove the door lock relay electrical connector.
5. Remove the door lock relay from the body control module retaining bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the door lock relay to the body control module retaining bracket.
2. Install the door lock relay electrical connector.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the body control module retaining bracket nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the body control module retaining bracket nuts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

4. Install the body control module.
5. Install the hinge pillar trim finish panel (right side).
