Power Door Lock Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the door.
2. Carefully disengage the trim plate from the trim panel.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the lock switch.
4. Disengage the retainers on the backside of the switch.
5. Remove the door lock switch from the trim plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Carefully engage the switch into the trim plate.
2. Connect the electrical connector (2) to the switch.
3. Position the lock trim plate (1) onto the trim panel.
4. Press the trim plate into the trim panel in order to secure.
5. Verify the door lock operation.
6. Close the door.
