CHANGE TRANS FLUID Message

RESETTING THE CHANGE TRANS FLUID INDICATOR
After the transaxle fluid has been changed, reset the trans fluid life index even if the CHANGE TRANS FLUID message did not come on.

RESET PROCEDURE
1. Turn the ignition switch to RUN but do not start the engine.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the OFF and REAR DEFOG buttons on the climate control panel until TRANS FLUID LIFE RESET appears on the DIC.

3. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
