Battery Tray Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the battery tray bolts from the following:
^ Fender inner panel
^ Battery tray reinforcement
^ Battery tray support
3. Remove the battery tray.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the battery tray.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions

2. Install the battery tray bolts to the following:
^ Fender inner panel Battery tray reinforcement
^ Battery tray support

Tighten
Tighten the battery tray bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the battery.
