Condition

Some customers may comment on a rough idle after a cold start. The roughness will last for only the first 2 minutes.

Cause

The calibration may not be optimized for cold idle stability.

Correction

Reprogram the ECM with calibration PIN 12588473 or later.

The Calibration listed is an electronic calibration and is NOT available from GMSPO. Calibration will be available from Techline on the TIS 2000 version 10.5 for 2003 data update or later.
