Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet (LS6)

^ J38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Partially drain the cooling system.
2. Position J38185 to the clamp in order to remove the inlet hose from the radiator.





3. Position J38185 to the clamp in order to remove the hose (1) from the engine.
4. Remove the inlet hose.

Installation Procedure





1. Position the radiator inlet hose (1) into the vehicle.
2. Position J38185 to the clamp in order to connect the hose to the engine.





3. Position the J38185 to the clamp in order to connect the hose to the radiator.
4. Fill the cooling system.
