Bracket Replacement - Front Bumper

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper impact bar. Refer to Impact Bar Replacement - Front Bumper (Service and Repair).




2. Remove the nuts (1, 2) that secure the front bumper bracket (3) to the frame rail.
3. Remove the bracket (3) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the front bumper bracket (3) to the frame rails.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the nuts (1, 2) that retain the front bumper bracket to the frame rail.

Tighten the nuts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Install the front bumper impact bar. Refer to Impact Bar Replacement - Front Bumper (Service and Repair).
