Console Trim Panel Replacement - Left

Removal Procedure





1. Grasp the top edge of the left console trim panel (2).
A flat bladed tool may be needed to grasp the top edge of the trim panel.
2. Pull out on the console trim panel (2) in order to disengage the retainers.
3. Pull rearward on the console trim panel (2) in order to disengage the console trim panel front attachment (1).
4. Remove the left console trim panel (2).



Installation Procedure


Caution: Ensure that the front hook of the console trim panel is hooked to the HVAC cover. Failure to engage the hook could result in personal injury or vehicle damage caused by panel interference with the accelerator pedal.





1. Engage the left console trim panel front attachment by engaging the trim panel front attachment to the peg (1) on the rear blower motor housing.




2. Align the console trim panel retainers to the console.
3. Push firmly on the trim panel (2) in order to engage the rear retainers.
