Throttle Body Heater Hose/Pipe Replacement - Inlet (LS6)
Removal Procedure
1. Partially drain the cooling system.





2. Compress the clamp and remove the surge tank inlet hose from the surge tank.
3. Remove the radiator shelf cover.
4. Compress the clamp and remove the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator.
5. Remove the surge tank inlet hose from the retaining features on the fan shroud and the air cleaner assembly.
6. Compress the clamp and remove the surge tank inlet hose from the throttle body.
7. Remove the surge tank inlet hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Connect the surge tank inlet hose and clamp to the throttle body.
2. Insert the surge tank inlet hose into the retaining features on the fan shroud and the air cleaner housing assembly.
3. Connect the surge tank inlet hose and clamp to the radiator.
4. Install the radiator shelf cover.
5. Connect the surge tank inlet hose and clamp to the surge tank.
6. Fill the cooling system.
