Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the cross car brace, if necessary.
2. Remove the oil fill cap.
3. Disengage the cover/shield from the ball studs by pulling up firmly on the right rear and left front of the engine cover.
4. Remove the engine cover/sight shield.
5. Remove the front compartment sight shield, if necessary.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the front compartment sight shield, if necessary.
2. Position the engine cover/sight shield over the intake manifold so the grommets are aligned with the ball studs.
3. Press the engine cover/sight shield down firmly near the ball studs in order to install the engine cover/sight shield.
4. Install the oil fill cap.
5. Install the cross car brace, if necessary.
