Power Folding Seat Calibration

POWER FOLDING SEAT CALIBRATION

The rear seat module (RSM) must be calibrated in order for the power folding seat to operate. Perform the following in order to prepare for and perform the RSM Auto Calibration.

1. The battery is fully charged.
2. The liftgate or the right rear passenger door is open.
3. Install a scan tool.
4. With a scan tool, navigate to the Auto Calibration screen by making the following selections:
- Rear Seat Module
- Special Functions
- Auto Calibration
5. Follow the on screen instructions to calibrate the RSM.
6. With a scan tool, verify that the RSM is calibrated by making the following selections:
- Rear Seat Module
- Data Display
- Data
7. The scan tool Calibrated parameter should display Yes.
