Front Tow Hook Replacement


Removal Procedure





1.Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2.Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement Service and Repair .

3.Remove the tow hook mounting nuts (1).

4.Remove the tow hook mounting bolt (2).

5.Remove the tow hook from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1.Install the tow hook to the vehicle.

Important:Loosely install all nuts and bolt before tightening.

2.Install the tow hook mounting bolt (2).

Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

3.Install the tow hook mounting nuts (1).

Tighten
3.1.Tighten the nuts to 25 N �m (18 lb ft).

3.2.Tighten the bolt to 25 N �m (18 lb ft).

4.Install the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement Service and Repair .

5.Lower the vehicle.
