Rear Seat Head Restraint Retainer Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat back.
2. Remove the head restraint.




3. Release the J channel (1) at the base of the seat back.




4. Reach up under the seat back and pinch the base of the head restraint retainer (1) to release it.
5. Remove the retainers.

Installation Procedure




1. Fasten the J channel (1) on the seat back.
2. Push the head rest retainers into the seat back until they lock into place.
3. Install the rear seat back.
4. Install the head restraint.
