Rear Bumper Extension Replacement


Removal Procedure

1.Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .

2.Remove the rear energy absorber. Refer to Rear Energy Absorber Replacement Rear Energy Absorber Replacement .





3.Remove the bolts (2) attaching the extension (1) to the rear impact bar.

4.Remove the extension (1) from the impact bar.

Installation Procedure





1.Position the extension (1) to the impact bar.

Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

2.Install the bolts (2) that attach the extension (1) to the impact bar.

TightenTighten the bolts to 10 N �m (89 lb in).

3.Install the rear energy absorber. Refer to Rear Energy Absorber Replacement Rear Energy Absorber Replacement .

4.Install the bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .
