Object Alarm Module Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the trim assembly from the rear compartment panel stowage. Refer to Body Rear Compartment Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the nuts from the rear object alarm detection module.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the module.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the electrical connector.
2. Align the module to the bracket.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Install the nuts to the rear object alarm detection module.

Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Install the trim assembly to the rear compartment panel stowage. Refer to Body Rear Compartment Replacement (Service and Repair) .
