Oil Cooler: Service and Repair
Fig. 27 Oil cooler assembly:
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove oil cooler drain plug, allow cooler to drain.
3.
Remove rubber hoses.
4.
Remove two joint bolts securing cooler,

5.
Install new joint bolt gaskets and install cooler.
6.
Reverse steps 1 to 3 to install.
