Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove oil cooler drain plug, allow cooler to drain.
3. Remove rubber hoses.
4. Remove two joint bolts securing cooler, Fig. 27. Remove cooler.
5. Install new joint bolt gaskets and install cooler.
6. Reverse steps 1 to 3 to install.
